The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were decent, but my check-in experience was quite disturbing due to the blood-stained sheets and the misunderstanding with the room allocation. The service was a mix of friendly and not so friendly interactions. The location was convenient with nearby shopping and dining options. The dining experience had its flaws, but the outstanding bar made up for it. The facilities were average.
The hotel was very clean and nice, but being next to the highway made it too loud for my liking. The service was top-notch, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect for us, near plenty of restaurants and shopping centers, though there might be theft issues. The dining was fantastic, but some hot food items were not replenished. Overall, a great stay with a few drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable with a high-end feel, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient right off the freeway with plenty of nearby attractions. However, I found the dining options a bit lacking, and the floor was very slippery in some areas.
